Export the flattened PSD as a PNG or JPG (File → Export → Export As… in Photoshop), or import a frame straight from a Figma file link. This is the static background every adaptation will be built on top of.
Name each template to match a value in your sheet, and pick the column that tells us which template to use for each row — the right design is then picked automatically, no manual work needed.
Every row is one banner. Map each layer to a column letter (A, B, C…) — no specific header names required. Use links (URLs) for images and logos. Accepts .xlsx, .xls, or .csv.
The sheet must be shared as "Anyone with the link can view." We read the live data each time you click Load.
Turn "Remove background" on for individual Image/Logo layers in the Layout page — these settings tune how the color-key removal behaves for every layer that has it enabled.
Detects the flat background color at the image edges and clears every matching pixel — the same approach as our bgrem.py color-key tool. Best for logos/graphics on a flat background; raise tolerance if fringes remain.
Each row from your spreadsheet becomes one image at the original template size. Click any export below to fix its text before downloading, or use the Quality Check panel to fine-tune it.
